Hahaha. I'm still laughing after reading this quote.

The police have to make pre-emptive arrests before it starts, people show up wearing bullet proof vests and carrying, and of course someone gets stabbed.

Sounds like a perfect description of culture to me. It kind of reminds me of Caribana...
